Digital Archive Launch Event

The Liverpool Irish Centre is a dynamic place of celebration, creativity and connection with a mission of promoting Irish heritage and culture.
The Liverpool Irish Centre is a dynamic place of celebration, creativity and connection with a mission of promoting Irish heritage and culture.

It has been at the heart of the Irish community in Liverpool for decades but does not currently have its own archive to protect its history.

We've partnered with LJMU History students to create a digital archive for the Centre. It will be accessible online for anyone wishing to learn about its past. With the help of the local community, we are collecting lived experiences from real voices that encapsulate what the Centre means to them. The archive will contain pictures, documents and stories that will enable us to preserve the memories of the Liverpool Irish Centre for future generations.

Please join us in celebrating the launch of the new digital archive. RSVP using the
