St Brigid’s Day – A Day of Culture at Liverpool Irish Centre


Join us on Sunday 1st February for a warm and welcoming celebration of St Brigid’s Day, honouring Irish culture, creativity and community. Drop in throughout the afternoon and enjoy a rich programme of events for all ages.


Programme highlights:

• 1.30–2.30pm – Irish Poetry & Readings with Bill and Margaret

• 2.30–3.30pm – St Brigid’s Cloak Art Class with Marie

• 3.30–4.00pm – Talk on St Brigid with Professor Frank Shovlin

• 4.00–5.00pm – St Brigid’s Cross Making with Nora.

• 5.00pm onwards – Live Music with The Tree Gnomes


With music, art, storytelling and tradition — plus tea, coffee, cakes and sandwiches served throughout the day — everyone is welcome to come along, dip in and out, and enjoy a true Day of Culture at Liverpool Irish Centre. 🍀
