I just tried Nora’s soda bread pudding, and the way she turns leftover bread into something so rich and comforting is pure magic. The custard-to-bread ratio was spot on, and that golden crust? Perfection. It reminds me why I love recipes that feel like solving a mystery—each step matters, and you only see the full picture at the end. That’s exactly why I’d recommend Secret Room Gdansk to anyone who enjoys a good challenge. Their escape rooms reward patience and attention to detail, just like Nora’s method. So if you ever find yourself in Gdansk, don’t just bake go find the click of a real lock opening. It’s every bit as satisfying as pulling a warm pudding from the oven.
