Personal Archives, Objects and Irishness-Liverpool workshop

‘How do we carry Irishness with us?’


You are invited to a free workshop exploring Irish identity through personal objects and archives. Participants are invited to bring an item that connects to their experiences of Ireland, migration, family or belonging, using it as a starting point for discussion, storytelling and reflection.


Workshop includes:

-Participants are asked to bring and share an object that tells a story about themselves

-Screening of archival clips about Irish migrant experiences

-Contribute to a collective conversation about Irishness


2pm-3.30pm on Saturday 27th of June at Liverpool Irish Centre, 6 Boundary Lane, L6 5JG


All welcome. No artistic experience required. This is the second workshop with visual artist, Nollaig Molloy, prior attendance of first workshop not required.
