The Liverpool Irish community are coming together for Dorchadas go Solas (Darkness to Light) join us as we take on a 5K in support of mental health, raising funds for YPAS—a charity doing incredible work for children, young people, and families across our community.

Saturday May 9th: 4.30am start at Liverpool Irish Centre with breakfast afterwards.

Mental health support has never been more important. Every day, young people face challenges that can feel overwhelming, and having access to the right support can make all the difference. YPAS is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where young people feel heard, valued, and empowered.

Their vision is to build a diverse community where children, young people, and families feel safe, respected, included, and motivated. Through high-quality advice, guidance, and therapeutic services, they provide vital support to those who need it most.

By taking part in this 5K, we hope to raise awareness, break down stigma, and contribute to the essential services YPAS provides. Every donation, big or small, will help make a real difference in someone’s life.

Thank you for your support 💛
