The Druids - A Band with History @ Liverpool Irish Centre
Five-piece folk band The Druids, who are based in Kildare with a large following of fans in Dublin and around Ireland, first burst on to the music scene early in 2008, and their songs carry the story of Ireland, which are delivered with passion and conviction. The Druids have completed tours of Ireland, Scotland, UK, Denmark, Belgium, Spain and up to three tours a year in the USA.
They have the ability to both entertain and educate their fans with heart-felt ballads and stories which proudly proclaim their Irish heritage and the history of the people of Ireland and indeed Kildare.
