Ian Byrne MP, one of the founders of Fans Supporting Foodbanks, is campaigning for the “Right to Food” to be enshrined into legislation and yesterday, Liverpool became the first ‘right to food city’ as the Council voted unanimously to back the campaign.
We would ask all of our members and followers to sign the petition that seeks to make the government legally responsible for helping people who are going hungry.
